Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how refunds are handled for purchases made on TexPhotoshop, operated by WHITE COCONUT HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

TexPhotoshop sells prepaid credits that are consumed when you run design actions. Because credits deliver a digital service immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable, subject to the limited exceptions below.

  1. General Policy

    Payments made for credits or paid features are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account balance, whether or not you have used them.

    This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Credit-pack purchases
    • Top-ups added to an existing balance
    • Any other paid digital feature offered on the Service

  2. Exceptions Where Refunds May Be Considered

    Refund requests may be reviewed and considered in the following limited circumstances:

    • Duplicate transaction — you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error.
    • Payment deducted but not credited — payment was taken but the corresponding credits were not added to your account.
    • Confirmed technical failure on our side — the Service failed to deliver the purchased credits or a paid feature due to a confirmed issue attributable to TexPhotoshop that could not be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

    In these cases, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion after verification.

  3. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

    • Change of mind after purchase.
    • Credits already consumed by completed design actions.
    • Dissatisfaction with the appearance or fidelity of AI-generated Output that was delivered as described.
    • Production, dye-lot, or material costs incurred from using unproofed Output.
    • Account suspension or termination resulting from a breach of our Terms.

    Where a design action fails for a reason attributable to us, the credits for that action are returned to your balance automatically rather than refunded to your payment method.

  4. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund under one of the exceptions above, email admin@bharatstox.com within 7 days of the transaction with your account email, the transaction reference, the amount, and a description of the issue.

  5. Processing of Approved Refunds

    Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method through our payment gateway, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
